Brief outline and intended outcomes:
This interactive workshop will support you in increasing your influencing skills. The workshop will cover: negotiating and influence style, negotiating and influencing through trust, key steps to successful negotiations, and more.
By the end of this training session you will be able to:
- Increase your awareness of different perspectives and develop your understanding of how this can influence people
- Practise adapting your behaviour to achieve a win-win outcome
- Practising using influencing skills and techniques to respond positively when met with resistance
