Coaching for Performance for Managers Online

This session is for: Managers of people and projects.

Brief outline and intended outcomes:

This workshop focusses on building on coaching skills and on adopting a coaching approach as a manager to develop high performing teams, set meaningful objectives, enable empowerment and engagement and hold different types of conversations that initiate change. This workshop will develop the skills and mindset of a coaching leadership approach through:

  • Developing coaching skills to achieve results, engage and develop teams
  • Use coaching conversations to set and achieve clear objectives and outcomes
  • Using coaching skills to manage different types of conversations
  • Using developmental feedback to enhance collaboration, individual and team growth  

Develop techniques to encourage your teams to reflect and develop from reflection

 

To build on your learning and share good practice, attendees will have the opportunity to join a coaching action learning set following completion of the session roll out.
