This online, 2-hour session will challenge you to develop skills, techniques, and attitudes necessary to support the MDX strategic goals. We will identify the characteristics of visionary and courageous leadership, and work through the steps we need to take to achieve and role model a growth mindset to those who we influence. We will share ideas about areas of work that could reasonably be examined through a more ‘courageous’ lens.

By the end of the workshop, you’ll be able to:

• identify the traits and characteristics of courageous leaders, and how to exploit these to achieve the MDX strategic goals.
• challenge yourself to examine your current leadership practice and identify opportunities to develop your own style of courageous leadership.
• have the confidence to create a working environment in which personal and professional growth are enhanced, through courageous leadership.
• support, contribute and work collaboratively in an informed way, to lead courageously.

This workshop is suitable for anyone whose role involves leading and empowering others.
