Clear Review for All: Training and support In-Person
Clear Review is the online tool that supports the Middlesex approach to Performance Development Conversations, Your Review.
Your Review is a move away from the traditional annual appraisal to shorter catch-up conversations based on the three pillars of high performance:
- Catch-up Conversations
A virtual or face-to-face catch-up conversation between you and your manager helps you to stay connected and to support your well-being. - Setting Objectives
It’s important we all stay focused on the priorities that matter – being clear and taking practical action will help us achieve organisational goals. - Giving regular feedback
Important in providing motivation and reward as well as pointers for improvement. It’s a good time to help celebrate people who are going above and beyond to support colleagues.
