Excel 2010 Understanding Pivot Tables In-Person

Brief Outline 

To provide an introduction to the use of Pivot Tables for summarising and analysing large amounts of data

Intended Outcomes

By the end of the course delegates will be able to:

  • Understand what Pivot Tables are

  • Create a Pivot Table using the Pivot Table Wizard

  • Change, format and configure the Pivot Table

  • Create Charts from Pivot Tables

Pre-requisites

To have attended Excel 2007 Essential Skills or have equivalent skills.

Prior completion of Excel 2007 Charts & Graphs and Excel 2007 Managing Lists of Data is recommended.
