Understanding the University’s Student Complaints and Grievance Procedures: A practical guide
Students are becoming more litigious and as a result the sector is experiencing an unprecedented rise in student complaints. The aim of this workshop is to brief staff on the Student Complaints and Grievance procedure and equip you with the tools to address student complaints.
As a participant you will learn about the University’s Student Complaints and Grievance Procedure and its stages. You will work through a number of case studies and have the opportunity to discuss your experience with colleagues from different services/faculties.
