Personal Tutoring Scheme
In this session Andrea Dlaska, Deputy-Vice Chancellor, Learning & Innovation, will discuss the personal tutoring scheme, a key initiative developed to improve student retention and academic support. The scheme was reviewed six months after its roll out at the start of 2018 to ensure we addressed feedback from colleagues and shared good practice before we implemented phase 2 in the 2018/19 academic year. The session will start with an overview of how the scheme has bedded in and provide opportunities for discussion and feedback.
This session is part of the Change and Wellbeing Programme following feedback from the 2018 Staff Conference requesting further sessions throughout the year.
