Mindfulness (Online)

Using our personal resources to take more control over our lives is one of the most powerful and fulfilling things that we can do. This session is about understanding how we respond to the world around us and using our body, breath and consciousness to direct these resources in much more aware and positive ways. In this one-hour session we will do some simple movement, learn a breathing exercise and explore visualisation with the aim of improving our self-awareness, concentration and focus. Regular practice can help to manage stress, anxiety and improve general well-being.
