Habits of the Mind (Online) In-Person

Resilience is relevant to all of us. It concerns out ability to handle both ordinary and extraordinary stress. It can be developed by everyone and is demonstrated when we effectively navigate our way around difficulties and utilise effective methods of coping. This one hour session explores the concept of resilience, what it is and isn’t, how to maintain it in demanding and stressful work contexts and gives participants 4 simple tools to help build healthy habits of mind.
