This is a Your Review worksshop that will enable you to:

  • Understand the importance of structure and purpose in your conversations

  • Learn how to engage your team to encourage a sense of belonging and enabling them to feel valued with joined-up thinking between vision and individual objectives.

  • Learn the importance of communicating effectively

  • Understand how applying Emotional Intelligence to your conversation will ensure a collaborative discussion and positive outcomes

  • Understand how to ensure your team feels connected and valued

  • Recognise when we have to hold difficult conversations and how can we ensure we adopt the skills to feel confident to conduct them

  • Understand the importance of having conversations regarding the well-being of your team
