Coaching for Change workshop (Managers, Senior Leaders and USMG only) Online

(Managers, Senior Leaders and USMG only)

Our Strategy is underpinned by a People and Culture objective of developing a coaching culture, where all of our staff are supported to develop and perform to the best of their ability, clear on what is expected of them, with the commitment, behaviours and skills needed to do so.  To support this, and in order to fully integrate coaching into our leadership practice at Middlesex, we have created a series of senior leader coaching workshops and action learning sets, with an emphasis on developing coaching skills and behaviours as part of leadership practice.  This new Coaching for Change workshop will focus on driving change using a coaching approach and builds on the ‘Coaching with Confidence’ workshop which introduced the GROW model and ‘Coaching for Performance’ where we used the ‘Situation, Behaviour, Impact’ (SBI) approach to giving feedback. During the workshop you will be immersed in a dynamic and engaging learning experience. You will learn a practical model of transition and apply it to coaching people through organisational changes at work. By the end you will be ready to hold effective coaching conversations in change situations at any time they are needed. To build on your learning, share good practice and connect again as a leadership group, attendees will have the opportunity to join a coaching action learning set following completion of the session roll out.

This half day session will support leadership coaching through change by:

Developing coaching skills to help people and teams understand, engage and support through change

Using coaching skills to communicate clearly and consultatively and set clear expectations

Adopting a coaching approach to boosting team morale, role modelling attitudes to change and navigating challenging conversations

Supporting people and teams with moving forward and identifying new opportunities in a changed environment

To build on your learning and share good practice, attendees will have the opportunity to join a coaching action learning set following completion of the session roll out.

You will receive the Teams link one day before the training.
