Session outline:

Working through periods of significant change and uncertainty can be challenging and you may feel a mix of emotions like confusion, anxiety, stress and overwhelm. Whilst these feelings are a normal part of facing uncertainty, you do not have to deal with them alone.

These one-to-one drop-in sessions are about giving you a safe space to talk about whatever is on your mind and exploring appropriate coping strategies and wellbeing resources to help you.

Each drop-in will be run by one of the Inclusion and Wellbeing Team’s trained Mental Health First Aiders:

  • Alisha Gohil, Equality Diversity and Inclusion Manager
  • Aimee Tallon, Health and Safety Officer
  • Rob McDonough, Head of Health Safety and Wellbeing.

The Mental Health First Aider running this drop-in will be: Alisha Gohil

What can you expect:

  • 30 minutes one-to-one with a trained Mental Health First Aider
  • A safe and confidential space for you to talk about what is on your mind
