Neurodiversity Awareness for all Employees Online
This workshop is designed to help all employees understand and support neurodivergent individuals by exploring the strengths and challenges associated with various neurodivergences, helping to foster a culture of respect, support, and inclusion for all employees.
We will discuss appropriate language to use when addressing neurodivergent individuals, explore the heritability of certain conditions, and share valuable statistics to guide your approach. Employees will also learn practical strategies for improving both individual performance and overall workplace dynamics by leveraging the strengths of neurodiverse employees.
The session provides actionable insights into how to make your workplace more neuroinclusive, and you will be equipped with useful resources for further support and development.
