Women in Management (Level 3)
Designed for aspiring or newly appointed female managers, this programme equips you with essential leadership, project management, and team management skills. Created by women leaders for women, it takes a tailored approach, integrating female-focused topics into the learning experience.
Key benefits include expert-led masterclasses, peer-to-peer learning, 1:1 coaching, flexible digital learning, and formal Chartered Management Institute accreditation.
Women in Leadership (Level 5)
Replacing our Aurora programme, this programme is designed for ambitious female leaders aiming for senior leadership roles. You will develop best-in-class leadership skills across a range of critical topics, empowering you to advance with confidence. The programme is delivered through a female-focused lens, ensuring relevance and impact.
The programme includes expert-led masterclasses, peer-to-peer learning, 1:1 coaching, flexible digital learning, and formal Chartered Management Institute accreditation.
By the end of the session, you will:
• Understand the structure and content of the female leadership programmes
• Know what Instep trainers and coaches do…what expertise they will bring to your learning
• Understand how you will be assessed at the end of the Apprenticeship
• Be clear on additional support that can be provided to you
• Know the commitment needed for successful programme completion
• Know what the next steps are to engage on your journey
