Becoming a mentor - mentoring confidently In-Person
This two-hour session will equip you with the knowledge and skills to mentor colleagues confidently. Whether you’re new to mentoring, or just need a fresher, the session will cover the key aspects of the mentoring process.
The session will cover:
- An understanding of mentoring and how it supports development
- The mentoring life cycle
- Advice on building the relationship and active listening
- Confidentiality and safe-guarding
- Guidance on ending the relationship
- Overview of the mentoring process at MDX
You’ll have a chance to practice your skills, ask questions and meet other mentors.
